• Book declarations: From Thursday, October 15, 2026 to Friday, January 15, 2027.
• Book distribution: From Thursday, October 15, 2026 to Friday, January 29, 2027.
It is noted that:
• Students must have submitted a course declaration for the current semester.
• They are entitled to receive textbooks only for the courses included in their course declaration.
• According to current legislation, students who have exceeded n+2 years of study are not entitled to free textbooks.
Declarations are made through the Eudoxos electronic service.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
For first-year students, exclusively for the first semester of studies, course registration will be carried out by the Secretariat, without any action being required from them.
All first semester courses will be automatically registered.

COURSE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR OTHER STUDENTS

  1. Submission and storage of a declaration
    After completing and electronically submitting the course registration form, please print it and keep it in your personal file, so that in the event of a problem you can prove its timely submission.
  2. Courses offered
    The courses offered for the current winter semester can be found on the Department's website:

  3. Maximum number of courses per semester
    1st to 4th semester: Up to six (6) courses.
    5th to 7th semester: Up to seven (7) courses, provided that at least two (2) of them are courses from previous semesters.
    8th semester: Up to eight (8) courses, provided that at least three (3) of them are courses from previous semesters.
    Beyond the 8th semester: Up to eight (8) courses per semester.
  4. Declaration of upper semester courses
    During the first four (4) semesters of study, it is not permitted to register for courses from a semester higher than the one the student is currently taking.
  5. Declaration of seminar courses
    Seminar courses are registered on the Universis electronic platform only if:
    The list of selected students has been announced by the corresponding instructor and the student is included in it, or
    There has been prior consultation with the teacher.

Please read the above instructions carefully before submitting your declaration.
