{"id":5633,"date":"2026-10-01T22:57:37","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T19:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/soc.aegean.gr\/?post_type=course&#038;p=5633"},"modified":"2026-10-01T23:02:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T20:02:15","slug":"ergasia-kai-krisi","status":"publish","type":"course","link":"https:\/\/soc.aegean.gr\/en\/info\/course\/ergasia-kai-krisi\/","title":{"rendered":"Work and Crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:<br>a) Approach change (in general) and crisis (in particular) as a crucial element for understanding social phenomena and for the in-depth analysis of social behaviors and social attitudes of social subjects.<br>b) Give a prominent role to the importance of historical time and the ways in which individuals shape the &quot;content&quot; of their social life in times of crisis.<br>c) To sociologically analyze the changes that occur in times of crisis in social ties and in the position\/role of social institutions in relation to work.<br>d) Develop a comparative perspective between the &quot;before&quot; and &quot;after&quot; of a crisis.
