English Terminology of Social Sciences I

Through a variety of teaching materials, classroom activities and group work, students: (1) Learn how to understand small and large scientific texts (printed or electronic) written in English (2) Become familiar with writing summaries in English and Greek of difficult scientific texts, (3) Learn to share the knowledge they acquire through summaries with their fellow students orally in English. (4) Learn how to conduct research in their specialty in English in printed and electronic form, and (5) Learn how to use the knowledge they have acquired in their lives and professional careers (Knowledge management), by creating and using the electronic bilingual Terminology Database (TDB) [English: Greek].
