The Doctoral Candidates' Conference of the Department of Sociology is an annual institution for the scientific presentation of the progress of doctoral theses and the exchange of academic feedback between doctoral candidates, faculty members and the wider research community. In the context of the conference, candidates orally present the progress of their thesis, in accordance with article 93 par. 2 of Law 4957/2022 and the provisions of the Department's Doctoral Studies Regulations. The conference constitutes an integral part of the monitoring and evaluation process of the doctoral course.
