The preparation of the thesis can be research and/or applied in nature with specific results for society. This can be achieved either through visual discourse or through the development of an innovative practice or method. Step 1: We present the topic that we have chosen to work on through an overview of the basic concepts that constitute it, as well as the theoretical approaches. We develop an argument that consolidates the choice of the specific topic with the object and rationale of the D.M.P.S. "Applied-Clinical Sociology and Art". This Step corresponds to the theoretical documentation of the topic of the thesis by conducting the relevant bibliographic review, as well as the theoretical discussion of the basic concepts that organize the specific topic. This step extends to the first two chapters of the thesis. Step 2: We present the methodology of the study and the approach. What is the question that concerns me to investigate? Which method have I chosen to investigate them? What are its comparative advantages and what are the weaknesses of this method? What are the units of my study? A community? A group of people? An organization? How have I chosen them, and how do I approach them? Will I collect empirical material or develop an innovative tool to consolidate a new practice? Have I confirmed that my activity does not violate research ethics? Have I received approval from the competent Ethics Committee? This constitutes the second chapter of the thesis and may be accompanied by an Appendix that includes the approvals from the Ethics Committees or other documentation documents. Step 3: We present the material that we have collected or the tool or guide that we have developed. We develop our reasoning because we consider it to be innovative. The same applies if it is a Visual Discourse. Step 4: We present the results of the intervention, or the analysis of the empirical material we have collected.
